Ashtabula County is home to 20 Award Winning Wineries, 18 Covered Bridges, and 30 miles of Lake Erie Shoreline. These all make for great side trips after your hunt. We can start with a covered bridge tour and finish with a beautiful drive along the Lake Erie Shoreline. Capping off our evening with a great walleye or perch dinner and bottle of wine from one of the many wineries located only a few short miles from the lodge at Oak Ridge.

 

We are also located just minutes away from the fourth largest Amish Settlement in the World. We can enjoy a tour of Geauga County's Amish Community while visiting the many shops and stores. And there is always time for a lunch or dinner at one of the local Amish restaurants or an Amish “fry pie” for dessert from the bakery!

 

Oak Ridge is also a member of the Pine Lake Trout Club a private fishing and dining club. We can enjoy an afternoon of fly fishing on these beautiful wandering ponds and conclude with quiet dinner in the log cabin dining room.
