Pre-Season!

With less than a month to go before our first hunt, things are starting to come together perfectly. Our trophy bucks continue to add tine length and you can really see the final racks taking shape. This weekend was very exciting and I managed to get some great shots from the stand as well as some fresh trail camera photos. We were joined by some really good friends and had a chance to check out some new local attractions and wineries during the beautiful NE Ohio days. The mornings and evenings were filled with Horton crossbow practice and of course trophy buck sightings!

We did not get the showers I was hoping for this weekend but this time of year things can change really quickly with our weather. The apples are slowly starting to drop because of the dry stretch and it is a bit of a relief for the trees as they are loaded. Our acorns have been steadily available as well to the deer already making all of our stands active for early season.
