Happy Holidays

Our weather has warmed up enough to make our snow melt and the forecast is forties and above thru next weekend. It looks like we are in for a green and brown Christmas this year. The deer are all enjoying the easy access to the available food and continue to work the food plots. Our secondary rut is going now and there is a fair amount of chasing. All of the scrapes are active again and it will be a good couple of weeks for hunting.

Don’t forget those that allow you to hunt their property this time of year. A short visit to share your venison or leave a poinsettia will be greatly appreciated and it is a very small cost for us to enjoy our deer hunting.

Christmas is quickly approaching and we will be slowing down for a couple of days to enjoy time with our family and friends. We wish all of our Oak Ridge Family a Merry Christmas and thank you all of a great year of hunting!
